Corinne, As I told you on the phone, I am very pleased with the work you have done getting the condo ready for market. Selling my condo was difficult, but the experience helps me see how things should be done. Kathie Berg was helpful to me at that time and she has helped again here. The proof of the job you did is that we got two offers in one day. My condo languished on the market for 6 months because the realtors didn't set a realistic price. Yes, we could set a higher price and wait around for an offer. That is not a good strategy because the market value will not change unless the market itself goes up. There are houses around Florida that have been on the market for years because their owners have no clue what they're worth. Keep up the good work. Love, Allan
